As an ambitious hunter Walter Leonhard Mosser, together with Christian Telsnig, runs a successful food trade with the focus on game specialties and organic products.
Carinthia's delis are marketed locally in a specialised shop in Klagenfurt and internationally at various European airports under the brand Bergwild “Nature is the Luxury of the Future”. In 2017 the organic and natural food store Duschlbaur located in Feldkirchen / Carinthia was acquired.
